YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy information
This page describes the Vertex Seven platform. Each business using a V7 agent has its own responsibilities and privacy information.
Who is responsible and how to contact them
- Controller
- Not provided — needs confirmation.
- Privacy contact
- Not provided — needs confirmation.
The named controller decides how and why personal information is used. The platform operator must clarify its responsibilities and processing arrangements with each business.
Information used by the service
- Account identity, assigned roles, business settings, authentication records and security/audit events support access and account protection.
- Customer messages, replies, contact details supplied during a conversation, leads, consultation requests and sales activity support the business's customer service and follow-up.
- Conversation and usage records help authorised business users review agent activity, errors and costs.
- When you use voice, V7 handles the recording in memory for transcription. The transcript may be saved with the conversation; an enabled transcription provider receives the audio.
AI responses may be inaccurate. A human should review important enquiries and decisions. This service does not establish a lawful basis on a business's behalf.
Business explanation of lawful basis
Not provided — the controller must explain its lawful basis for each purpose.
Retention
Retention period or criteria not provided — needs confirmation.
Updating this notice does not schedule or delete records. The controller and operator must implement and verify the stated retention process, including backups and provider-held data. Account sessions and security challenges have separate expiry controls.
Service providers
The following categories reflect local configuration, not a live check of contracts or processing locations:
- Render: Application hosting and infrastructure logs.
- Supabase: Durable account, business, conversation and CRM storage.
- Resend: Account verification email delivery.
- Stripe: Payment checkout, invoicing and subscription administration.
The controller must confirm processing agreements, storage locations and any international transfers or safeguards. These details have not been supplied through the current notice settings.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law and the processing, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information. Contact the controller above to make a request or withdraw consent where consent is used.
You may have a right to object to processing. Raise an objection with the controller so it can review the relevant purpose and lawful basis.
Signed-in users can download their own account identity and preference metadata. This limited export does not include customer conversations, other accounts or business records; requests for those require a controller review.
For UK data protection concerns, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office. Other locations may have a local regulator.
Cookies and review
Read the cookie information for sign-in, opt-in trusted-device and language choices. The controller should review this notice when the service or processing changes. Business-supplied details do not certify compliance.
