Cookies keep sign-in secure and remember the choices you request. The application does not add advertising or visitor-tracking cookies.

| v7_trusted_device | Remembers a completed MFA check on a device you choose. | Opt-in for up to 30 days from the original choice. You still need a verified password or linked sign-in provider. This skips later MFA prompts; it does not sign you in silently. Proofs rotate without extending expiry and can be revoked in Account security or on logout. |
| v7_preferences | Remembers your essential-only or preference choice. | Up to 180 days after you make a choice. |

Change your choice
Use Cookie preferences on the homepage or in the workspace to change your selection. Essential-only leaves sign-in/security functions available and removes saved optional language preferences. Browser controls can also remove cookies; blocking security cookies may prevent sign-in.
Trusted devices are a separate, explicit choice after successful sign-in. Use Account security to review or revoke them; removing a cookie from one browser alone does not revoke every device proof.
Other providers and server records
A payment or sign-in provider may set cookies on its own service when you choose to visit it. Its own notice applies there. V7 also stores operational conversation, account and security records on the server; those records are separate from browser cookie consent.
